Everything starts with an idea

A significant part of the meeting focused on the design of the prevention cover for the first pilot at the Port of Elbląg. Partners reviewed a visualisation and a 3D-printed model, identifying necessary improvements. It was also decided that an alternative design would be developed for the second pilot.

The meeting concluded with discussions on potential cooperation with two complementary projects, such as INCONE60Green, to hold joint conferences and further collaboration.

On May 20-21, 2025, PortSHAZ partners met in Klaipeda to discuss project progress and next steps. The meeting began with a virtual reality film, "I AM LITHUANIA," providing insights into Lithuania’s environment and cultural heritage.

Partners then discussed the current status of project implementation, summarised achievements from the first reporting period, and clarified the division of tasks for upcoming activities. Special attention was given to reviewing the draft publication, “Clean Cargo: A Practical Guide to Eco-Efficient Dry Bulk Handling in Ports,” and agreeing on the necessary revisions.
